I'm Melanie, mom to four, wife, and creative founder of Four Winds Holistic.  For over 25 years I have nurtured a holistic lifestyle for myself and my family with the aid of 'food as medicine'. My formal and informal training background covers training and education as a CNA, Ayurveda Health Advisor, Biofeedback Technician, Reiki Practitioner, and Seer. I am clairaudient, clairvoyant, and clairsentient with the ability to navigate what is known as the Akashic Record Field. I am fiercely passionate about helping others reconnect to their body, mind, and spirits with the aid of energy training using Biofeedback and the re-discovery of how healthy foods and herbs, can assist in bringing their body into homeostasis. It all begins and ends with intention and the emotional body.  Emotions are energy in motion, and most of us are walking around with A LOT of unprocessed emotions that impact our energy centers aka our Chakras. When our energy centers are out of sync, this is how disease begins to take root in the physical body. Whether it's s viral, bacterial, parasitic, or fungal, the key to releasing these unwelcomed guests starts with our energy body. Our thoughts, words and daily actions, even our relationships play active roles in our frequency. What is Biofeedback?

Life itself is about energy flow because everyone runs on electrical energy. We are all energy beings. Since the 1930s, scientists have discovered that all life forms resonate or vibrate at particular frequencies. All our tissues, cells, organs, emotions, and thought patterns have unique electromagnetic fields, as do allergens, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Therefore imbalances in our bodies and minds can be detectable and reduced by correcting their particular electro-magnetic fields.

The SCIO Biofeedback system that I use is an FDA-approved medical device that scans your body to find energy imbalances and is designed to retrain the manifestation of stress and/or electro stress pattern. 

Quantum biofeedback involves exploring and adjusting the body’s frequencies. It identifies health issues by sending frequency pulses throughout the body, mapping stress reactions. The device targets over 9,000 -15,000 voltammetric signatures, including muscle tension and heart rate. It can even detect stress related to allergies and addictions. Quantum biofeedback devices then rebalance frequencies with electromagnetic waves, helping cells return to a balanced state.

Stress can influence a wide range of diseases as we age – increasing inflammation, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, or digestive problems just to name a few.
